Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. With Option A, you don't touch anything technical. With Options B and C, I walk you through everything and make sure you're comfortable before I leave.
What kind of automations can you build?
Missed call text-back, appointment reminders, no-show follow-up, lead intake forms, automatic review requests, rebook nudges, quote follow-up sequences, and more. If it's repetitive and takes your time — it can probably be automated.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most simple automations are live within 3–5 business days after our call. More complex setups may take up to 2 weeks.
What if something breaks?
With Option A, I monitor everything and fix issues proactively — usually before you even notice. With Options B and C, a support retainer keeps me on call if anything needs attention.
Do you work with businesses outside Brossard?
Yes — everything is done remotely so location doesn't matter. I just started locally to stay close to home.
